ouderdom komt met

vijfduizend gebreken 

zwakke botten breken

als het lijf is bezweken

perfectie bestaat niet

de dagen van hoogtij

zijn onderhand voorbij

gebrek aan beter nabij

een verlepte rode roos

op een roestige richel

na drie zonnecirkels

rest het laatste vaarwel

Fietsen zonder plannen

Geen nieuws of kranten

Kuieren en lanterfanten

Effe lekker ontspannen

Zonder een zuchtje wind

Weer zo blij als een kind! 👶🏽

SLIJMJURK 

De slak doet alles op zijn gemak

Als ik mijn fiets uit de schuur pak

Zie ik dat er iets op de muur plakt

Even kijken, als ik mij niet vergis

Zie ik dat het zo’n trage slijmjurk is

Zijn slakkengang laat me ongewis

Toen ik ‘s avonds de schuur weer betrad

Zag ik dat de slak er nog steeds zat

Mijn conclusie voor vandaag was dat

De slak geen zin in een vluggertje had

SPRING IS IN THE AIR 🌤️ 

Spring eens in de lucht 🤸🏾‍♂️

Of fiets een stukje 🚲

En daarna pluk je 🍃

In een poep en ‘n zucht
